Pricing
Three ways to work together. Most engagements start with the assessment, because a plan that ranks the problems is worth more than two weeks of guessing.
Assessment
From $4,500fixed price, two weeks
I read the code, sit with the people who maintain it, and hand you a document that ranks the failure modes by what they cost.
Includes
- Two weeks, fixed scope and fixed price
- Code, architecture and delivery process reviewed
- Failure modes ranked by cost, with the cheap mitigations separated out
- A plan another engineer could execute without me
Sprint
From $12,000fixed scope, with a date
A defined piece of work with a date on it — a migration stage, a pipeline, an integration — delivered and handed over.
Includes
- Scope agreed in writing before it starts
- Delivered in releasable steps, not one drop at the end
- Your team works alongside it, so it survives after handover
- A date, and what happens if the scope changes
Retainer
From $3,000per month
A standing share of my week: architecture calls, reviews, and the incidents nobody else wants to own.
Includes
- An agreed number of days per month
- In your architecture and design discussions
- Code and design review on the parts that matter
- Available for the bad incidents, with a response window agreed up front
Prices are exclusive of VAT. Travel outside the Tel Aviv area is billed separately. Amounts are indicative — the assessment sets the real number for whatever follows it.
